Used for flow cytometry. Flow detection of F4/80 isn't always the best or clearest staining in my hands, it kind of depends on the cells / tissue analyzed, but this Ab is very good as far as F4/80 staining goes.

Looks good, clear populations can be detected. Sample shown is from peritoneal exudate cells, sometimes when I look in lung the populations are less distinct. But this works as well as any other F4/80 Ab that I've tried.
