Tips

May need optimization of sample dilution if low quantities of IL-5.

Results Summary

The protein concentration range for this kit was not ideal for my cultures as they seemed to be very low expressing. I was at the lower limits of this kit and thus the results were not as clean.

The Bottom Line

For higher expressing samples, I'm sure this kit would work well. I had a hard time at the lower end of this kits detection and it was therefore not as clean as other DuoSets.
