Mouse pancreatic endothelial cells were tested to observe the time course effect of growth factor on NFκB levels. Proteins were extracted from non-treated or growth factor treated cells and resolved in 10% SDS-PAGE. Resolved protein were immunoblotted for pNFkB levels and then normalized with NFκB p65 Antibody obtained from R&D Systems. Selection of antibody was based on picture of NFkB band shown in antibody flyer.

NFκB Antibody obtained from R&D Systems has detected specific band of NFκB protein at nearly 65 kDa molecular weight. However, a time dependent increase of NFκB was observed in response of growth factor.
