Automated cell counter saves lot of time and accuracy in the counting is very important as part of the results/ treatment. We use this counter every day to count live & dead cells for our experiments in which reliable and automated counting is absolute necessary and easy to use.

Cells
It is very simple and easy to use. Add 18ul resuspended cells to 2ul od AO/PI dye provided from Luna. Mix dye and cells well and transfer to counting slide. Transfer slides containing cells to Luna counter machine. Adjust Luna to focus and optimize fluorescence intensity for Green and red channel before hitting the count. Approximately after 30-40 sec displays viable & dead cells number, size, single or doublet in the suspension with interactive option for the results.
