1/3000 dilution, incubation overnight at 4 degrees
5% milk for 1 hour at room temperature
Anti-rabbit HRP diluted in TBS-T at 1/5000 dilution. 1 hour incubation at room temperature

This antibody gave a specific band at the right size. Specificity is impressive as I do not detect any unspecific bands. Antibody can be diluted up to 1/5000 dilution and reused several times.

Excellent specificity
I certainly recommend this antibody for Western Blot with human samples. It is a pretty cheap antibody as it can be used at very high dilution.
