Flow cytometry was used to probe epithelial dynamics and the immune infiltrates in human prostate tissues. Epithelia was investigated with CD45-CD325+ cells. Leukocytes were looked at using CD326-CD45+. Sub-populations (such as epithelial stem cells or individual leukocyte populations like T-Cells) were gated with appropriate markers. This antibody stains epithelial (CD45- CD326+) progenitors.

Summary

The Good

A large number of positive cells co-stain with other progenitor markers

The Bad

Bleeds a fair amount into PE

The Bottom Line

Okay if you don't have a lot of channels open for flow, would probably work better in a non-tandem dye.
