This kit was used for flow cytometry - staining murine lung, blood or bone marrow cells. Had it for a few years and worked consistently, no problems with dye breakdown or anything. Also fixable without any issues.

Great and reliable. No problems with dye breakdown or loss of brightness. Fixed samples in 4% PFA for 20 minutes (for biosafety reasons) and haven't noticed any change or problems with the staining. Had Ab for several years, and the last aliquot worked just as well as the first. There were no major problems with compensation either.
