This kit was used to detect IL-10 levels in murine lung homogenate giving consistent, reliable detection of IL-10.

Murine lung homogenate supernatant
Lungs from Mtb infected mice were homogenized in 5mL PBS-T. Homogenate was aliquoted and spun down at max speed, and the supernatant was filtered through a 0.2um PVDF filter. Sample was diluted 1:3 in the appropriate buffer as per product guidelines
May need to dilute sample to get within the standard curve.
