This is a reliable ELISA, easy to use, and consistent between runs. It was used with murine lung homogenate.

Murine lung homogenate supernatant
Lungs from Mtb infected mice were homogenized in 5mL PBS-T. Homogenate was aliquoted and spun down at max speed, and the supernatant was filtered through a 0.2um PVDF filter. Sample was diluted 1:3 in the appropriate buffer as per product guidelines.
