Standards and control (zero) added, followed by samples added to appropriate wells. Incubated for 30 mins at 37 degrees. Washed, conjugate added and incubated for 30 mins at 37 deg. Washed, Substrates added and incubated for 15mins. At 37deg. Stop solution added and read at 450nm.
Sandwich ELISA
Results came out brilliantly. Sample of suspected patients with preeclampsia had significantly higher concentration.
Very good kit indeed.
The plate was sealed too much
There should be allowance with the plate such that it'll be easier for navigation.
