Cell ThawSTAR
BCS-601
Most tissue culture experiments require cells. When using frozen cells, they need to be rapidly thawed at 37 degrees C. Traditionally, shaking the cryovials in a water bath have been used to thaw frozen cells. Water baths are difficult to keep clean and free from contaminants. Using the Cell ThawSTAR results in a standardized thawing of cells while maintaining viability.
