The EPOCH2 plate reader gives the versatility and user-friendly software to develop just about any kind of assay (wavelength scan: 200-999nm) in a matter of minutes. It has excellent control of temperature (up to 65 c), and assay type. This is the only plate reader our lab needs.
Assays of all kinds (mostly in 96 well plates)
Any ELISA, or other fluorescence-based assay (kit etc)
Easy to set up a protocol and run; no need to spend more than a few minutes developing conditions to run your assay
Be prompt in incubation times
Excellent reproducibility; ability to set blanks, control wells, standard curve for calculation and auto analysis in EPOCH2 software.
Versatile, user-friendly, excellent system
Good tech support from BioTek as well.

Best plate reader I've used in 30 years of lab work; the only plate reader our lab will ever need. I highly recommend it!
