Product Name:

Ku80 Antibody

GTX70485

Our lab uses Ku80 as a loading control for a number of our western blots, and we really need a clean antibody for those purposes. We tried this antibody out on a recommendation from another lab and have been pleased with the results.

Results Summary

This antibody works great. It comes up with surprisingly soft bands, which is great for a loading control where you really need it to take up only a small area on your membranes. We needed a bit of optimization in terms of the dilution factor, but after we figured that out, it's been working great since.

The Bottom Line

For the money, this is a great antibody. We've been using this antibody for years, and have no plans to change. I highly recommend this antibody for anyone that needs a good Ku80 loading control antibody.
