1:1000 Dilution Overnight in 5% BSA in 1X TBS-T at 4C
5% Milk in 1X TBS-T
1:5000 dilution of HRP-conjugated Rabbit secondary in 5% Milk in TBS-T for 1 hour at RT

Autoradiography Film using ECL alone
We were able to reliably and accurately detect p19 levels in MEF cell lysates using this antibody. Very little optimization was necessary, the bands come out very clean on autoradiography film.
Great choice
Somewhat expensive, some optimization
We initially purchased this antibody on a recommendation from another lab, and we're glad that we did so. It has performed very well, and I highly recommend it.
