Our lab works with a number of different cell cycle regulator proteins in the context of several different types of cancer. We purchased this antibody from Abcam on the recommendation of another lab, and have been pleased with the results thus far.

1:5000 dilution of HRP-conjugated Rabbit secondary in 5% Milk in TBS-T for 1 hour at RT

Tertiary Incubation

Detection

Autoradiography Film using ECL alone

Results Summary

We were able to reliably and accurately detect p19 levels in MEF cell lysates using this antibody. Very little optimization was necessary, the bands come out very clean on autoradiography film.
