Our lab works with the kinases involved with kidney cancer, and JAK2 is often a target of our research. We gave this Cell Signaling antibody a chance and have been quite pleased with its ability to pickup JAK2 protein levels in kidney cancer cell line lysates.

This antibody is great. I've tried other JAK2 antibodies and faced problems, but this antibody has worked out flawlessly. No additional optimization was needed, it works for low protein levels, and it comes up really clean without too long of an exposure. It works great on all levels.
