I am investigating functions of chromatin modification complexes in RNA expression. The goal of this experiment was to test the specificity of the antibody to detect MTA2 expression in 293 cells.

1:1000 dilution overnight in 5% milk buffer at 4C
5% milk in TBS
1:10000 anti-rabbit secondary at RT for 1 hour

The results show two bands between 50-75kDa.

Bands appeared at the correct molecular weight
Lower one may be a non-specific band
