PerCP Anti-Mouse CD45 Antibody

In order to study immune cell influx in infection-related lung inflammation, LPS was instilled in mouse lungs by intranasal instillation. Bronchoalveolar lavage was performed 24 h later, and the cells were isolated and stained for flow cytometry. CD45 antibody was used to select hematopoietic cells to further characterize the recruited cell population. We used this product because of their robust staining and clear results.
