Great! Works as expected, used for surface staining with our standard flow cytometry protocol. Clear positive and negative populations, staining looks good. Note: the gate drawn on the sample image shown is labeled "FITC" but the Ab was indeed DyLight488. Sample shown is murine bone marrow, stained for 20 minutes on ice, and then fixed in 4% PFA for 20 minutes, then washed in FACS buffer (we have to fix samples due to biosafety reasons, but this is not necessary).

Works just as well as any other flow antibody, bright / clear staining.
