Good Specific Staining Antibody for gamma delta TCR

Our experiment required depletion of BALB/c mice with the anti gamma delta TCR specific antibody in mice injected with a biological reagent. Therefore the next step required the identification of small traces of remaining cells with a specific antibody to make sure that the depletion worked well with the depleting antibody. Good Anti-gamma delta TCR specific antibody in multiparametric flow cytometric analysis was used to distinguish gamma delta TCR positive cells from alpha beta TCR positive T cells and myeloid cells. More than 5 colors were used and this antibody color was good enough to be detected in the channel with little or no leakage in any other channel.
