The Lenti-X GoStix is a simple, easy to use product to ascertain viral titre via P24. If your IFU is greater than 0.5 x 10^5 you will see a band and if not you will not see a band. There is also a positive control that comes with every test. It reminds me of a pregnancy test.

Add 20 ul of viral supernatent followed by 4 drops of "chase buffer" wait a few minutes and determine if you see a band or not.
Follow the protocol
I have used this on multiple virus preps and the test band shows up in a couple minutes along with the control band. I have used the same viruses to transduce cells downstream so I believe the band is a good measure of if you have virus or not.
