Our study was aimed at determining the levels of message of different cytokines in variously treated tissues of mice. This machine is part of core facility and hence the primary reason for use.

Keep looking for samples to run while machine is running as machine fails to display results sometimes.
While real time results obtained seemed accurate, machine does have an inherent problem with saving the data sometimes. I felt the QPCR results were saved but after 2 hours of running, when I came back, the results were nowhere to be found. Run seemed fine but data cannot be saved by machine sometimes or saves in folders that are linked elsewhere and are hard to find.
