Summary

The Good

Inexpensive and no need to titrate. hIgG1 isotype does not need FcBlock

The Bad

You have to use this antibody at 1:10 which is inconvenient if staining with multiple antibodies

The Bottom Line

Good price ($50 for 100 test) and essentially no background staining on CD204neg cells compared to unstained.
