Tips

The cap that covers the drain port does not thread well..be careful that is has been put on straight. Spin once at the end of the protocol to remove residual liquid on the sides of the column.

Summary

The Good

Saves time and isn't too expensive. Very durable.

The Bad

Vacuum doesn't remove all of the liquid stuck to the sidewall of the tubes like spinning would...this could cause problems for people with sensitive downsteam applications.

The Bottom Line

Well worth the cost for the time savings.
