These microbeads were routinely used to purify dendritic cells from mouse splenocytes. The results are consistent between lots.

None
Manufacturer's protocol was followed. CD11c positive cells were purified from wild type and IFN-gamma receptor knockout splenocytes using CD11c microbeads following the manufacturer’s protocol. CD11c cells that were positively selected from the purification were Fc blocked for 5 min on ice. Cells were washed once then stained with 1:500 CD11c antibody and 1:1000 MHC class II I-Ad for 30min on ice. Cells were then washed twice and resuspended in facs buffer for analysis on the FACS Calibur.
Do not adjust the manufacturer's protocol with the timings.
Cells that were purified using this kit are CD11c low, intermediate, and high.
