I have been using this centrifuge in our tissue culture lab for last couple of years. It works its best at spinning down the cells, percolll seperation of cells and many other uses.

Balancing the tubes and entering the right rotor names are really important
Cells are separated from the culture medium
The machine has option to choose different rotors to spin tubes and plates

It is hard to close the doors, also doesn't have a memory of the last spin
Can be operated easily even if the balancing is not accurate
