In order to find out what cells play a roll in the proteoglycan (PG)-induced arthritis (PGIA) model, we identify the cell populations in the different tissue of PGIA mice by flow cyotemetry. This product was used as IgD is a marker for mature B-lymphocytes where it is usually co-expressed with IgM.

Primary Incubation

1X10^6 suspension cells from different Lymph nodes were incubated with 0.5ul APC-Cy7 anti-mouse IgD and other antibodies in 50ul FACS buffer for 30 min at 4oC.

Blocking Agent

Cells were blocked with 0.5ul CD16/CD32 for 10 min at 4oC
