Cells treated with antibodies are brought in single cell suspension with PBS and then analyzed.
Make sure not to have clumps of heavy samples for the chance of a clog is high.
We are able to perform experiments that have up to 7-8 different colors in a single tube. The instrument is highly sensitive and easy to use.
