The aim of my study was a phenotypic analysis of immune cells in human peripheral blood using multicolor flow cytometry. Therefore I needed reliable antibody that allowed me to clearly identify major leukocyte subsets.

Sample

50ul of human peripheral blood was stained with the antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were then lysed with BD lysing solution according to the manufacture's protocol. Cells were then washed three times with 1ml of PBS and then resuspended in 300l FACS buffer and taken too the flow cytomater
