While we work on the mechanism of Rheumatoid Arthritis, we label PBMC and synovial fluid with CD3, CD4, PD-1, and I-Cos. The data shows that PD-1 and I-Cos express higher in RA patient synovial fluid. This antibody was used to identify the CD3 population in human tissue.

1X10^6 PBMC or cells isolated from synovial fluid were incubated with 5ul APC/Cy7 anti-human CD3 Antibody and other antibodies in 30ul FACS buffer for 30 min at 4oC.
