We have used this kit for our CRISPR mutation detection many times. It always give us great results. It is reliable.
CRISPR mutation detecting
Transfected attached cells
Extract gDNA from transfected cells pool. Standard PCR amplification of mutation region (~600bp). Gel purification of target bands. Then follow the protocol of the kit. Run sample in 1.5% agarose gel.
You may digest at 42C for up to 2 hours.
If you got CRISPR hit correctly, you will get obvious digested bands in your agarose gel (see image).
