Submerged western transferred unit was placed in Corning magnetic stirrer, with a rotation value of around 800rpm. Proteins were western transferred at 100V for 2 hrs and immunoblotted with specific antibodies.

Protocol Overview

Proteins were resolved in 7% SDS-PAGE and gel was assembled in submerged western transfer apparatus. Whole apparatus was kept on Corning magnetic stirrer plate and fluids were mixed at 800rpm to homogenize dissipated heat during western transfer.
