Submerged western transferred unit was placed in Corning magnetic stirrer, with a rotation value of around 800rpm. Proteins were western transferred at 100V for 2 hrs and immunoblotted with specific antibodies.
Homogenization of dissipated heat during western transfer, preparation of reagents, heating solutions etc.
Power supply, magnetic stirrer bar, beaker, solute and solvent.
Proteins were resolved in 7% SDS-PAGE and gel was assembled in submerged western transfer apparatus. Whole apparatus was kept on Corning magnetic stirrer plate and fluids were mixed at 800rpm to homogenize dissipated heat during western transfer.

Corning magnetic stirrer has performed well and got good western transfer. Uniform temperature of transfer buffer was found in whole submerged system.

Fast heating and cooling of ceramic hot plate, good shelf life.
Shelf life decreases if starts using inside a 4 0C refrigerator
