Good System for Fast and Efficient Concentration of Liquid Samples

Commercially ordered siRNAs were packed in invivofectamine reagent (transfection reagent) using standard protocol. One hundred microliter of obtained suspension were concentrated to 20 microliters in Thermo Scientific's SpeedVac system at 65 0C with high vacuum pressure (HPr) for 35 min. Condensed suspension consisting siRNA were delivered directly to mouse tissue.
