Peripheral blood was incubated for 30 minutes with the antibody in the dark at room temperature. The blood was lysed using BD lysing buffer as indicated in the instructions. Then sample was washed 3 times with PBS and resuspended in 300ul of FACS buffer for direct flow cytometry

This antibody provides a nice staining of TCR gamma delta positive cells. Cells can be separated form conventional CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in a very good way.
