This CRGP enzyme immunometric assay kit is based on a double-antibody sandwich technique. It comes with a pre-coated 96-well plate and needed reagents. The detection range is from 7.81 to 1000 pg/ml. Protocol is the same with regular ELISA protocol.

Cell culture supernatant
Collect the supernatant from cell culture and follow the protocol by adding 100ul of sample into wells followed by anti-CRGP Ache tracer of 100ul. Incubate at 4C overnight and wash completely. Develop the plate and read at 414nm wavelength.
Have duplicates for samples
This CGRP ELISA kit works well on detecting the CGRP concentration in the cell culture supernatant.
