Protocol Overview

Collect up to 1X10^7 cells or less than 30mg of tissue, then following the instruction by adding in the RLT reagent, RW1 reagent and RPE reagent. Lastly elute the RNA down from the column with water and the sample is ready for the concentration test.

Tips

Use 1ml syringe to help homogenize the cell lysate.
