I am a molecular biologist and perform protein work on a regular basis. Some of the best products that I swear by, are Bio-Rad’s precast gels. They are very clean, easy to use and make research so much easier.

Protein samples (purified)
I loaded purified protein samples (5 micrograms) and because the protein was really small I used 4-20% gradient gel and got very good resolution of bands.
Follow manufacture's guildelines
Bands were very crisp and clean. Gel was optimally cast and showed wonderful resolution.
