This kit is for the detection of human TIMP-1 protein concentration ELISA kit. It's provided with every reagent needed and a pre-coated plate. Standard curve range is from 1.56ng/ml to 25ng/ml, which is relatively wide and good. Works well in detecting the TIMP-1 protein concentration of the human cultured annulus fibrosus cell culture media.

Add in 50ul of sample followed by 50ul of biotinylated antibody for 2h at RT and wash. Add in Streptavidin-HRP and wash. Add in substrate solution and finally stop solution.
Warm up the reagents to room temperature before use
This kit works well in detecting the TIMP-1 concentration in the cell culture media from human annulus fibrosus cell.
Provide precoated plate and is very convenient.
