This kit works well in detecting the MMP-13 protein concentrations in the culture media of human annulus fibrosus cells. The standard curve of the kit is from 0pg/ml to 6000pg/ml which is a big range and could detect a wide range of sample concentrations. It's a precoated plate. Cell culture media ELISA
None
Collect culture media and dispense 100ul of media to ELISA wells. Wash 4 times and add in biotinylated antibody for 1h and then wash. Add in streptavidin solution for 45 minutes and then wash. Add in TMB for 30min and then stop reaction. All reagents are provided by kit.
Final step of adding the stop solution, this kit required only 50ul of Stop Solution while most other kits normally need 100ul.
This is a good quality kit to detect human MMP-13 protein concentration in cell culture media. It works well.
Standard curve range is wide.
Stop solution is provided with limited amount.
