I transfected 293T cells with a vector having the GFP marker. To check the transfection after 72 hours, I performed western blot analysis. It showed one specific and another non-specific band in western blot. Although the antibody is easy to use and pre-conjugated with HRPO, it also gives a non-specific band which compromises its quality.

Anti-GFP antibody gives two bands (one specific and one non-specific). Non-specific band is highly prominent but this antibody serves the purpose.
