We performed regular QC and checked alignment of all lasers on the FACS calibur instrument using these beads. They perform very well and allow us to maintain the instrument.

Add one drop of bead to 1ml of FACS buffer. Vortex and read.
Make sure the beads have been vortexed for 10sec before using. Avoid light.
Six different populations show peaks at vacuous points helping us track all filters.
