I used anti-PCNA antibody for immunohistochemistry. PCNA is a cell proliferation marker so it shows nuclear localization in cancer tissue specimens. Santa Cruz antibodies are sone of the best antibodies for immunohistochemistry and western blot so I chose this antibody and it did not let me down. There was a specific nuclear reactivity observed with PCNA antibody.

1:500 dilution in blocking buffer, incubated at 4 degrees C for overnight in humid chamber
5% normal goat serum in 1% non fat milk in TBST
