This antibody is one of the best antibodies that I have used for apoptotic molecules so far. No background, no non-specific bands ...nothing...just clear blot with two specific bands (pro and cleaved).
Western Blot
293T cell lysate
Overnight at 4 degrees celcius on shaker
5% non fat dry milk in TBST
Anti-mouse at 1:3000 dilution in 5% milk in TBST for 1h at RT
No tertiary incubation
ECL
Western blot was very clean with single sharp band. Results were highly correlating with the treatments and controls.
