This is used in western blot lysates to stop the degradation of proteins by proteases or removal of phosphate groups by phosphatases. It has both protease and phosphatase inhibitors in the mix so you do not need to add them together saving time and energy.

Open up individual pack. Dilute 100X into lysis volume and lyse cells.
Mix well
Lysates using this cocktail appear to be suitable for western blot for non-phospho and phospho proteins.
