To visualize the general tissue structure and tissue organization during immunofluorescence staining, we use DAPI to stain the nuclei of all cells.

The pre-fixed tissue section was stained with DAPI (0.5 ug/mL) for 5 minutes, washed in PBS, then mounted.
The DAPI staining solution can be reused a number of times.
