GoTaq® Green Master Mix was mixed with primers which are specific for the gene of interest present in cDNA and kept in PCR machine for amplification. The PCR product was directly visualized in ethidium bromide agarose gel.
To detect the specific DNA sequence in DNA template by specific primers.
DNA dissolved in nuclease free water.
Amplification of the specific region of DNA requires DNA template, specific primers (forward and reverse), nuclease free water and Go Taq® Green Master Mix which contains Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, and reaction buffer premixed in appropriate concentrations. The contents were mixed properly and incubated in thermocycler for amplification. Gel electrophoresis was performed for the PCR product.
