Total RNA dissolved in nuclease free water.
Total RNA was isolated by TRIZOL method. This high-Capacity cDNA Reverse Transcription Kit was used to synthesize cDNA from the RNA sample by manufacturer’s instructions. The following contents (nuclease-free H2O, buffer, primers, dNTP mix, reverse transcriptase and RNA sample) were mixed according to the instructions. The contents were mixed properly and incubated in a thermocycler at 25°C for 10 min, 37°C for 120 min, 85°C for 5 min and 4°C for infinity. The reverse transcription product (cDNA) was used for downstream applications or stored at -20˚C.
