U2OS cells transfected with HA-SceI were lysed in sample buffer and proteins were separated in 4-20% gradient SDS-PAGE. Ha-SceI expression was probed by anti-HA (16B12) (1:1000) from BioLegend. The results demonstrated that this antobody was able to recognize HA-SceI showing clear bands.
