I use this antibody to measure NF-kB activation in mouse CD4+ T cells upon treatment with our stimuli. This antibody was comparatively cheaper and the pack size was sufficient enough for many experiments so I selected this.

Even the first time this was used, I got nice clear bands without many non-specific bands. Band intensity was good and easy to quantify by densitometry.
