The aim of the research was to measure Bcl-2 levels in primary mouse T cells after 24h of treatment by Western blot. For this experiment, we took primary T cells from mice and treated them with increasing concentrations of dexamethasone (0, 1,10,100, and 1000) to determine whether Bcl-2 was being regulated.
