We were interested in looking at the expression of MDL-1 protein in a specific subset of myeloid cells from human PBMCs. MDL-1 monoclonal antibody is not available from many companies and if any is available, the price is high and specificity is a big concern.

Excellent intracellular detection due to the unique combination of strong dye PE and direct conjugation to the monoclonal antibody with little or no background if correctly gated against the isotype.
Isotype-PE staining is absolutely a must. Although monoclonal is extremely good, it is definitely a must.
